– We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days. We won’t keep you waiting!
– If your order is on its way but you no longer want the goods, please either refuse the delivery, or return your items to us for a refund.
Please note that the following conditions must be met to return an item:
– Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resellable condition.
– It must be in the original packing.
– It must be unused.
